We collect only the information needed to prepare a cultural report, confirm an order, and provide customer support. Core rules, prompts, knowledge files, and internal engine details are not published or sent to public channels.
Payment credentials are processed by PayPal. We do not store card details. Order records contain order metadata and delivery timestamps, not raw payment credentials.
Before live collection, the business owner must confirm the final retention period and deletion contact. Current contact: Contact email pending.
